Chez BEAUTIFULLY GLAMMED, nous pensons que la personnalisation est le moyen le plus réfléchi de faire en sorte que vos proches se sentent spéciaux. Notre parcours a commencé en 2019 lorsque deux sœurs ont découvert leur passion pour la création de superbes paniers-cadeaux. Depuis lors, nous avons élargi notre gamme de services pour inclure des verres et des vêtements personnalisés, tous disponibles dans un seul endroit pratique. Que vous recherchiez un cadeau parfait ou un article unique pour vous-même, nous avons ce qu'il vous faut.

  • What is your return policy?
    A full refund is available within 30 days of receipt for all non-sale items to the original form of payment. However, all sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all completed custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Can I return a gift basket ?
    Gift baskets are non-refundable.
  • Can I get my deposit back after cancelling a customer order?
    All deposits toward custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders are non-refundable once order has been completed. Cancelling custom orders prior to commencement of production will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. ​ In the case full payment was received prior to cancellation, only a partial refund will be issued. Partial refunds will be issued within 24hours after receiving the cancellation request. Please wait a minimum of 10 business days for the partial refund to be received. Please note, payment may take longer than 10 business days to be processed and posted, depending on the bank or credit card company. ​ All cancellation requests can be sent to info@beautifullyglammed.com ​
  • Do you offer payment plans for custom orders?
    Payment plans are available upon approval.
  • How many revisions are allowed?
    Custom orders are subject to two revisions to meet the customer’s deadline. Exceeding two revisions will incur an additional fee.
  • Are deposits required?
    All custom orders require a 50% deposit. Failure to pay the deposit within the given time frame will result in order cancellation.
  • Do you accept filter photos
    Filter or blurry/pixilated photos will not be accepted.
  • How long does it take to process custom orders?
    Custom orders are processed within a 7-14 business day timeframe following receipt of payment and approval.
  • Peak Season
    During peak season, we highly recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to place your order to avoid disappointment. Please place order 2-3 weeks in advance during peak season to receive your order in time. Peak Seasons: Christmas(Mid October - December), Valentine's Day( February) and Mother's Day(April - May).
  • Lost shipment
    In the event that your package has been lost in transit or deemed delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will contact the carrier company and initiate an investigation. The duration of the investigation will be determined by the carrier company. If the package is determined to be lost by the carrier company, a replacement will be sent to you. If the package has been returned to us, a member of our team will contact you via email to provide you with new tracking information. Kindly contact us if there has been more than five days without any movement on your shipment.
  • Duties/Clearance Fees
    Any duties or clearance fees associated with customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
  • Abandoned/Refused Shipments
    Please be advised that refunds will not be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. All carriers may leave a notice indicating their attempts to deliver the package. As a customer, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to have your package collected once multiple attempts to deliver have been made by the carrier.
  • How long does it take to ship ?
    The delivery time for your package can vary between 2 and 10 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose and its final destination. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information and an estimated time of arrival.
  • My shipping address is wrong, can I change it ?
    Shipping address can be changed within 24 hours after placing your order. Please verify that your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays in shipping and delivery. If your address is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at info@beautifullyglammed.com
