1. Introduction
By engaging with the platforms or services of Beautifully Glammed Inc., you agree to follow the legal stipulations outlined below. We are a Toronto-based enterprise committed to delivering superior custom merchandise and printing solutions to our diverse clientele located throughout Canada.
2. Our Services
We provide bespoke apparel and accessorized items such as specialized drinkware and stationery designs. Our catalog includes both made-to-order projects and immediately available retail goods. We service clients through our digital storefront as well as through private consultations and local sales events.
3. Custom Orders
Standard production requires a minimum of 7 business days. Requests needed within 24–48 hours are subject to an additional rush order fee. Timelines may extend during peak periods (November–December and May–August).Â

For customized projects, clients must provide clear instructions or designs. We will provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. Once you approve a design(maximum of 2 edits) no further changes can be made. It is the client's responsibility to check for spelling and layout errors before final confirmation.
4. Payments
All transactions are processed in CAD. Ready-to-ship inventory must be paid for at the point of sale. For all bespoke services, a deposit or full remittance is mandatory prior to production. Due to the unique nature of personalized goods, all deposits are non-refundable and all sales are final.
5. Shipping Policy
Pickup is available in Toronto, while nationwide shipping is handled via third-party carriers. While we provide estimated transit dates, we are not liable for delays stemming from logistics providers, peak season congestion, or inaccuracies in the shipping documentation provided by the customer.
6. Quality Terms
Handmade and printed items may exhibit minor variations in color or alignment. Customers must report any structural defects within 48 hours of receipt. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear or damages resulting from failure to adhere to specific care instructions for high-quality finished items.
7. Property Rights
All intellectual property and original assets remain the exclusive property of Beautifully Glammed Inc. While clients retain ownership of their submitted logos, we reserve the right to photograph finished works for promotional purposes. Unauthorized use of our brand components is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability Limit
Our financial responsibility for any claim is capped at the total amount paid for the specific service or item in question. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages. All products are sold on an as-is basis, with the exception of our internal quality assurance commitments.
9. Website Usage
Users agree to provide truthful data when ordering or requesting quotes. We reserve the right to decline any project that involves prohibited content or infringes upon third-party copyrights. Use of this site is intended solely for legal commercial interaction and product discovery.
10. Term Changes
We reserve the right to modify these provisions at our discretion. Updates become enforceable immediately upon their publication on this website. Your continued engagement with our services constitutes a binding legal agreement to the most current version of these terms.
